Course #1: Accelerated Immediate Molar and Bicuspid Implant Therapy – Single Tooth

About Course

According to literature 44.7% of patients complain of food impaction around their implants due to hard and soft tissue atrophy, suboptimal implant size and/or restorative emergence profiles (Jeong, JS et al., J Perio 2015). Furthermore, Smith and colleagues found a 40% increase in proximal tooth decay when the tooth-implant distance is > 6mm, resulting in patient dissatisfaction with implants (Smith, RB et al., Compendium 2020). What can we do as clinicians to increase success rates and improve the patient experience?

In this 1st course, attendees will explore and practice the most predictable, minimally-invasive, evidence-based, efficient and cost-effective SURGICAL & RESTORATIVE posterior immediate implant techniques that optimize success rates. These modern treatment modalities optimize clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction & ultimately, elevate the standard of care.

The course starts by covering the fundamentals of implant dentistry then introduces attendees to the benefits of immediate implants. Case-based learning extensively covers different types of single posterior tooth implant therapies. Potential complications clinicians & patients may experience are demonstrated and most importantly, avoidance and management of such complications are discussed.

Course 1 includes: on-demand didactic training, life-like 3D model surgery including implants and restorative components, provisionals and live surgery trainings.

Attendees will also learn to increase case acceptance by enhancing their ability to plan treatment and present complex treatment with the aid of our innovative proprietary software Implantability™.

Efficiently and effectively planning, presenting, billing and executing successful complex implant treatment improves fulfillment and profitability upgrading your private practice to it’s fullest potential!
